Terms & Conditions

1. Priority will be given for buyers who make the payment first and send us the order informations.
2. No changes are allow once you placed the order.
3. Items sold are NOT refundable or exchangeable unless it was a defected item.(Must inform us upon received/items successful delivered) We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.
4. No exchange, refund nor return will be entertained after 2 days buyer received the items.
5. Buyer should allow within 1 inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.
6. Due to setting of the monitor, color might be slightly different with the picture posted, therefore, we will state the actual color of the item.
7. Payments to be made to our Maybank account within 1 day of confirmation. Otherwise, order will be cancelled with prior notice
8. Payment which make from other bank will take 1 to 3 working days to clear the payment into our Maybank account. We will send out your items only after we received your payment.Buyer may request for special/appointed delivery date. Just simply indicated the date you wish your goods to be delivered.
9. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.
10. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju requires signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju office and you will have to collect it yourself there.
11. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.
12. Goods will be mailed in 1-2 days after payment is received (with the exception of Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
13. Buyers are to bear all shipping cost of RM6 (West M’sia) / RM8 (East M’sia) via Poslaju Malaysia. Note: Postage will be determined by the weight of your item.
14. Estimated to arrive in 1-4 days. If you're from overseas, feel free to drop us an e-mail to enquire.
15. Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages occurred during shipping.
